First: Log into your profile if you haven't already.Second: Click on the "profile" link as shown in the illustration below.

Third: Go to the top of your website browser and look in the address bar. Illustrated below will be where your friend ID is. You can "copy and paste" as shown in the Myspace 101 tutorials link.
*Make sure its ONLY the numbers, no letters!
